In 1985,  Trans Business Co., Ltd.
was founded. The initial stage aimed at the sales and processing of Urea Formaldehyde, Melamine resin, Phenol and so on.

In 1987, Transchief Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
was set up in response of the rapid growth of the business. Since then, Transchief Chemical has been functioning as a sales agent and distributor of solvents and even involving international commerce.

In 1989,
Guanyin Factory was built up at the current address. Tanks and warehouses were set to meet with client demands.

In 1997,
with the license of running toxic chemical substances, we distributed and sell our first toxic chemical: Formalin 37%. Ever since, we have determined to run the toxic chemical market.

In 1998, ISO 9000: 1994 was introduced.
With the goal of quality control, client first, on-time delivery and sustainable development, we have been dedicated to providing better service.　

In 2002, ISO 9001:2000 was introduced.
In the meantime, our laboratory was established.The install of various advanced equipment enables us to monitor quality to the full scale.

In 2006, in response to the fire regulations,
dangerous cargo warehouses were set up. All the chemicals have been placed in the designated area in observance of the regulations.

In 2009, ISO 9001: 2008 was introduced.

In 2014, we, on the basis of the official regulations,
constantly got quite a few various operation licenses and permissions.
Our business sustainability consists in stable and ever-lasting provision of chemicals as well as in the maintenance of the environment.

In 2015, to update and expand our customer service,
we set foot in the realm of OEM.

In 2018, we upgraded to ISO9001:2015.
In the same year, the dock area was set up for import and export.

In 2019,  
the designation of explosion-proof area was completed in pursuit of safety and security.
